Refund Policy

We are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product. Thankfully it is rather unusual! But, if it is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.

Method of refund:  All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.

Lost Orders

If your order is deemed ‘lost’ by our shipping carrier, we will dispatch a replacement to you at our expense or offer you a full refund.

Order Modifications or Cancellation

You cannot modify or cancel your order on your end. After your order has been placed, you have 6 hours to contact us and request order modifications (such as a size/color/address change) or cancellation. After 6 hours, your order will have been put into production and can no longer be modified.

To be eligible for a refund/replacement, please make sure that:

Firstly, customers have 14 days from the day they received their item to request a replacement or refund.

Secondly, each product has to be inspected carefully before delivered. But mistakes are inevitable and to make sure that all customers are satisfied, we offer replacement item(s) or refund for any of the following reasons:

  • The product itself is flawed.
  • The quality of the printing is poor.
  • Final product is materially different than the design presented on our website.
  • The following information of product is not the same as the order: type, size, color, printing content.

Lastly, since your order is custom printed just for you, we are not responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit or preference issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart in each product page. Please make sure you refer to it first for the best fit.

If your item has not arrived within 30 days for shirts and 45 days for others products after having ordered, contact one of our heroes through our Contact Us page for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase (excluding shipping costs).
Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us

If there’s an issue with your product, please follow these steps:
1.Email us at support@hoodostuff.com with: Your order number and/or the email address registered to the order, more details about the package that are relevant.
2.We transfers money to customers within 10 days of receiving the full information.
At every step we will send a confirmation email after 24- 48 hours.

If your item has not arrived within 20 business days after ordering, please contact us for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.

We will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, like new condition and defective merchandise by mail for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) if the merchandise is returned within 15days of receipt. If there is a defective product or error caused on our end, Hoodostuff Store will happily replace a product.

We do not accept returns for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly
